Introductions and a brief spotlight on Marty Guinoo, Partner & Enterprise Practice Lead at Apax Partners (international PE firm with $80B AUM), who will join in a personal capacity to share insights on pricing, profitability, and value creation.

Group roundtable discussion focused on where AI is reshaping pricing confidence, margin discipline, and revenue leakage.

Q&A and best practice collaboration on how leaders are protecting profitability and making faster, better pricing decisions.
Marty Guinoo brings an operator’s perspective to Apax, a global PE firm with roughly $80B in AUM, after serving as CEO of Sentient Jet Membership, Everest Fuel Management, and Privatejets.com, President of Icon Parking, and Director of Pricing & Revenue Management at Starwood Hotels & Resorts, later acquired by Marriott in a $13.6B transaction. He also previously served as COO of Eagle Capital Management and held an earlier role at Priceline.com.
Across travel, hospitality, aviation, asset management, and private equity operations, Marty’s background is grounded in running businesses, improving performance, and executing across complex operating environments. He holds a BA from Harvard College and brings practical experience from both the company leadership and private equity sides of value creation.

Britt has 25+ years of experience across B2B SaaS, EdTech, IoT, services, and industrial markets, has multiple successful exits, and served as CEO, CRO, operating executive, and board advisor. He enables companies unlock value at critical inflection points, from pricing and packaging to revenue engine design, operational scale, and exit preparation.
He works with PE firms and leadership teams to translate market and AI-driven complexity and disruption into clear commercial actions, where to take price, where to simplify, and how to scale without introducing operational drag or margin leakage. Britt earned his bachelor’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University.

Mohammed has 25+ years of experience leading pricing transformations that typically deliver 10-30% EBITDA uplift by changing pricing from a source of complexity into a predictable lever for revenue, margin, and valuation growth.
His experience across SaaS, manufacturing, and professional services has enabled companies to reduce hidden revenue leakage, improve packaging and monetization, and build pricing discipline that scales, especially as AI accelerates pricing complexity and decision velocity. He has an MBA from MIT Sloan and a background spanning Simon-Kucher and Charles River Associates.
